There are no headshots on this page, because there is nothing to gain from a grid of studio portraits that a property manager or a general contractor could not verify. What follows instead is who these five people are, what they are credentialed to do, and how long they have been doing it here.
Mario A. Bevilacqua
Owner-President · Since 1985
Mario Bevilacqua founded the company in 1985 and has owned and run it every year since. He has worked in landscape and irrigation for more than thirty three years, all of it inside this business. He was born in Italy and travels back periodically, and the ideas he brings home from that make their way into the everyday project work here in Lewisville.
Joseph T. Angelone
Vice President · With ALS since 1999
Joseph Angelone holds the company's longest running credential: irrigator licence number 6959 through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, issued in 1998 and unbroken since. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management, with a minor in finance and accounting, from the University of Denver in 1997, and has been with the company full time since early 1999. He runs estimating, business development, billing, scheduling, contract administration and subcontractor evaluation, and the company's move toward larger scale landscape development projects traces back through his desk.
Joe E. Davila
General Manager · With ALS since 1992
Joe Davila joined the company in 1992 to head the maintenance division, then moved into installation in late 1999. He manages projects, staffing, layout and the day to day work of getting an installation built correctly, which after more than three decades on the payroll means he has likely stood on most of the properties named on this site.
Aaron Jaska
Project Estimator · With ALS since 2008
Aaron Jaska earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University in May 2009, with an emphasis in urban planning and turf management, after first joining the company as a college intern in June 2008. He handles estimating, business development, preconstruction, material buyouts, subcontractor evaluation and product submittals, and a design background gives him a read on a drawing set that a purely construction path does not.
Cindy Reyes
Office Manager · With ALS since 2015
Cindy Reyes has run the office since 2015: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the monthly billings that keep a few dozen active contracts straight at the same time.
Between the five of them, that is more than a century on this company's payroll, one landscape architecture degree, one finance and accounting minor, and four licensed irrigators on staff in total, of whom Joseph holds the longest standing licence. The other three are not named here, but they are on every crew we send.
